If you come to FCG-Castres

Transport

Take public transport to come to the Stade des Alpes: two hours before the kick-off and up to two hours afterwards, your game ticket is your ticket on the TAG network. Use the car parks and come with trams A or C directly to the Stade des Alpes.

The game will kick off at 6:30 pm. The doors of the Stade des Alpes will be open from 5:30 pm.

Umbrellas

Hard-handed umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium. Small folding umbrellas are allowed.

Tickets

You can reserve your tickets on FCGTICKET.com until the game kicks off. The ticket offices at the Stade des Alpes will be open from 4pm in front of the West and South entrances of the Stade des Alpes. In case of incident or problem concerning your tickets, a ticket office located at the South ticket office is open.

Reminder: no duplicate will be issued. If you have a reduced-price ticket (child or student), you must present a valid voucher at the entrance of the Stade des Alpes.

M-Tickets

By booking on FCGTICKET.com, you can now have your match ticket directly on your smartphone. All you have to do is present the m-ticket, which will be loaded into the Wallet app of the iPhone or MTicket on Android.

Food and beverage

The refreshments and the Bodega will be open from 5:30 pm. The bars will close at 9:30pm, the Bodega at 10pm..

Shop

The official store of the FCG, located in the north stand, will be open from 5:30 pm until the closing of the Stade des Alpes at 10pm at the latest.

Luggage storage

There will be no storage for prohibited items, especially for motorcycle helmets. Thank you for taking your precautions.
