The FCG moved to Voiron for a training session.
This is one of the innovations introduced by Bernard Jackman this season: Irish coach wants to relocate the collective training session the previous Tuesday before home games in a club of the Dauphiné: "We want to get closer to the teams in the region leading us on their field, sharing time with them. When you're pro, you can forget where you came from. That sounds interesting to remind players while allowing them to go on contact with small clubs, whatever the level. "
It is in Voiron that the first delocalized session took place. In front of over 300 people, the players « Rouge & Bleu » trained for 80 minutes, combining the veneer exercises, the offensive animation and kicking game.
The entire roster were then available for photos and autographs, to the delight of children (and adults) present at the Stade Geo Martin.
The next delocalized practice should take place on 6th and 7th September in Saint-Marcellin (TBC). We also remind you that all the workouts at Stade Lesdiguières or team's run (at Lesdiguières Stadium or Stade des Alpes) are open to the public.
