The big day of the week give rise to a studious and challenging session for the "Red & Blue".
At 25°, the training sessions are much more pleasant, for both coaches or players of FCG. After a morning devoted to workout and units work (line-outs and scrum for the forwards in particular), the players met in the middle of the afternoon on the field of the Stade Lesdiguières.
Sona Taumalolo had a big smile: The session began with a session of tackles, in which the Tongan, either in defense or in attack, felt in his element. A defense exercise, coached by Fabrice Estebanez, was also done.
Players met for a collective rugby session which was set up different game strategies planned for the next weekend.
After a day off Wednesday, the "Red & Blue" will be back on the field Thursday morning.
