The last Castres-FCG

The last time Grenoble went to Castres, the "Rouge & Bleu" had won.

At the beginning of the match, the FCG took the lead thanks to a try from Peter Kimlin solicited by Charl McLeod. The "Rouge & Bleu" quickly enroll a second test: after a breakthrough Gio Aplon, positioned wing that day, gave the ball to Chris Farrell, who flatten under the posts. The Castrais Rémy Grosso then mark in return.

After 26 minutes, Peter Kimlin pulls the jersey of Alexandre Bias, who dealt him a blow: the Grenoblois takes a yellow card, the Castrais a red one. In the aftermath, Xavier Mignot marks a third try for Grenoble, which responded by David Smith. At halftime, the FCG lead 13-25.

Despite the numerical superiority of the "Rouge et Bleu" Geoffrey Palis reduced the score with another try early in the second half. For 30 minutes, the two teams have difficulty in playing their game and the FCG eventually won 23-31.
