Arnaud Héguy will be back in the team this week-end.
Long weeks of absence
"There are some who can externalize better than others. I, with my character, it is a bit more difficult. We try to bring what we can, encouragement, words, solutions to problems, small tips ... But the only important thing that one can do is to return well, without cut corners, so stay clean while not being physically late. This is not easy, because we are necessarily impatient! "
Injuries and suspensions
"I do not know if there is a black cat ... What is certain is that since the beginning of the season and even since the end of last season, we have accumulated adverse circumstances. We thought there would be good news this week, but other absences were added. We will simply forget that and mobilize to win, just like what the group has managed for the match against Brive, where it managed to win despite the scenario of the game. We'll have to start again this weekend. We are five or six back in the group, I hope we will bring some freshness, especially in terms of mindset."
The "team-building" in Chartreuse
"It was a feeling about our group life. We had several players, among the ancients, to have the feeling that this group needed to meet. We train and we work together every day, but there were perhaps a need for something else, especially to share moments outside of rugby."
The ingredients in the struggle to maintain
"In trouble, what makes the difference is solidarity. We all know very well that when it is hard, if it explodes internally, sports scores are doomed to failure. If today we do not want to play for each other, we will not go far. All this, it goes through the group life, the atmosphere every day in training, the fun we have to be together. And rugby side, this will mean finding the efficiency on the basics of the game, which are fighting, defense and conquest."
