The reception of Montpellier as a goal

After a week of vacation, the players of the FCG were back at the club Monday morning. This day helped to reactivate the bodies, through several sessions of physical work, in the training camp and on the field.

Tuesday is a long day of rugby that took place in Lesdiguières, where the staff preferred to stay on a greasy but practicable lawn. No training relocated therefore, this week.

The players spent almost 2 hours outside. Collective training was the beginning of the session, with a big focus on defense and contacts. The second half of the session was devoted to work at the posts: touches and mêlées for forwards, offensive combinations and skills for three-quarters.

The players of Grenoble will be at rest Wednesday, before a new session of training Thursday in Lesdiguières.
