FCG players are back on the training ground
After ten days off, to enjoy the holiday season, the players and staff of the FCG have found their way back to the Stade Lesdiguières, for training; this Tuesday morning. A busy day was waiting for the "Red & Blue", who have only 3 days to prepare their next game in Massy on Friday.
Bodybuilding and units work were on the agenda this morning. After a meal in common, the players then worked on various workshops (skills, contacts, defense, etc.) on the annex of Lesdiguières, before returning to the lawn of Stade Lesdiguières, with a focus on the game against the Massicois.
The Grenoblois will train again tomorrow morning, before performing the traditional team's run Thursday, and then go to Essonne the day of the game.
