“Hopefully we will get a good crowd”

  • Duncan Casey

Duncan Casey is back within the group and will be on the field against Carcassonne

First question, so how are you feeling after few games away?

“Yeah I’m feeling good, I had a little lay off there obviously, which wasn’t part of the plan when I arrived over, I was hoping to play or at least be fit enough to play every week for the rest of the season but thankfully everything is ok now. My hamstring is feeling good so I’m looking forward to getting back on the pitch.”

What do you think of the victory last week do you think it changed the spirit of the team?

“Yeah it was massive to get a victory like that away from home especially in a place like Mont-de-Marsan, away victories are few and far between here in France for most teams so to take down a team like Mont-de-Marsan who were chasing in the table, and cause them their first defeat of the season was a relief to everyone and we have a lot of confidence now to get to the last three ordinary games and hopefully in to the playoffs after that. ”

Are you excited about the game tomorrow?

“Yeah very excited, hopefully we will get a good crowd there hopefully the atmosphere there will be as good as always and we have a little bit of down time next week so it would be good to finish this block of games on a high and regroup for a big run for hopefully a few weeks after that. “
