LOU and FCG share a day of work
After a few days off, the Grenoblois players resumed training on Thursday, in preparation for the last games of the season: two regular season games (reception of Aurillac, trip to Soyaux-Angoulême) and the finals. Thursday's session was mainly devoted to physics and skills.
Friday morning, the "Rouge & Bleu" went to la Plaine de Gerland to hold a common training session with the players of LOU Rugby. Without a game this weekend (neither European competition for les Lyonnais, nor Pro D2 for les Isèrois), the coaches of the two teams, who had already be in touche in the previous months (Dewald Senekal spent a few days with the Lyon staff) , have chosen to set up a morning of work, with different oppositions.
The Grenoblois will then resume training Monday, with a full week ahead of the match against the Cantalous at the Stade des Alpes.
