Angoulême - FCG: 10-19
Traveling to Angouleme, the Grenoblois had to get at least one point to ensure a home dam next Saturday. They did better than that by winning in the Charente (10-19)
The match starts very well for the "Red & Blue": Steven Setephano receives a laser pass Franck Pourteau to flatten the end (0-5, 5 '). The FCG will be content to defend in this first half, leaving the game initiative to Angoumoisins. Both teams return to the locker room with a tight score (3-5).
From the start of the second half, David Mélé digs the gap with a new test for the "Red & Blue" (3-12, 43 '). He added a second personal try to ensure the gap (3-19, 58 ').
The Angoumoisins will be rewarded for their good performance with a test, following a ball worn, late in the game (10-19, 71 ').
In the last minutes, the Grenoblois will try to recover the offensive bonus, in vain.
The FCG finished third in the regular season of Pro D2 and will host Biarritz Saturday at the Stade des Alpes.
