More and more rugby on the schedule
The "Rouge & Bleu" wrapped up a new week of preparation on Friday. It was the last without a match, since next Friday, they will play their first pre-season game in Gap, against Provence Rugby (kick off at 7 pm)
This past week has seen rugby taking a leading role in the schedule of the week, in addition to the physical work required at this time of the season. The players worked their offensive and defensive systems, the line-outs, the drive-balls, the scrums, under the guidance of their staff, reinforced this week by the South African Vlok Cilliers.
The week ahead will be dedicated to the preparation of the first game of the season against the promoted in Pro D2, Provence Rugby, that the FCG had beaten at Lesdiguières last season. For this first game of the season, the Grenoble staff should conduct a broad review of its workforce of forty available players.
