Second round of the Challenge Cup
The FCG will host the Harlequins on Saturday at the Stade des Alpes for the second round of the Challenge Cup. The London club, which has already won this competition three times (2001, 2004 and 2011), will be a strong opponent for the "Rouge & Bleu".
The star
The Harlequins have several English internationals in their ranks (Chris Robshaw, Danny Care, Joe Marler, etc.), but Mike Brown remains undefeatable as the full-back of the Harlequins or the Rose XV.
The last confrontation
The last (and only) match between the FCG and the Harlequins at the Stade des Alpes was played in 2014, during the preparation of the two teams. The FCG had won 31-10, with 4 tries for the "Rouge & Bleu", including one, supersonic by Alipate Ratini.
The last games
The Harlequins made a perfect start to the Challenge Cup by winning an bonus-point victory over Agen (54-22). Before that, the Londoners had won in Gloucester (25-27) and then lost on their pitch to the Saracens (20-25).
Upcoming games
The Quins will play their first Premiership Cup matches in Bath and then face Newcastle at Stoop.
