On Thursday 18 October, the FCG organised its traditional capes ceremony. Hosted by the faithful Romain Magellan, this ceremony is intended to honour the personalities who have worn the "Rouge & Bleu" colours high up, whether on or off the field.
This sixth promotion, placed under the patronage of Claude Chenevay, included about fifteen members: Marcel Michel, Pierre Accocebery, Robert Crebier, Gilbert Thomas, Jo Rozand, Dominique Mazille, Jean Marc Minassian, Valère Gagnor, Joris Menzildjian, Frantz Jolmes, Martial Servantes, Thierry Picard, Pierre Satin, Louis Neyton, Arlette Claret, Fabien Alexandre and Lucas Dupont.
The Capes Committee, led by Pierre Epailly and Jacques Boutin, also paid tribute to the memory of Varo Cardesi, Michel Piassoff, Stephan Chappuis, Antoine and Bruno Zoffoli, René Claret, Colette Verdon-Tabarini, Ange Galego, Jean-Robert Dubois.
