Two games before and after Christmas
For several seasons, end-of-year celebrations have rhymed with games for Top 14 players. The 2018-2019 season will be no exception with a new edition of the Boxing Days. The "Rouge & Bleu" will play Montpellier on Saturday, before heading to Paris the following weekend. In between, a few days of holidays to enjoy Christmas with family or friends, and a few training sessions.
This week, the Grenoblois will be on a classic regime to prepare for the Montpellier reception. Since Monday, the "Rouge & Bleu" have been focusing on this important rendezvous at the Stade des Alpes. After a session on the synthetic pitch of Bachelard yesterday, the FCG players returned to their pitch at Stade Lesdiguières, a little tired from the last bad weather of the autumn.
After a day of rest on Wednesday, they will have another big day of work on Thursday, then the setting up on Friday. In the meantime, the Club's Christmas tree will give a little festive air to this week.
