As part of its partnership with the Departmental Council, the FCG welcomed 4 young people from the Institut Télémaque* and their companions, Mara and Céline, on Tuesday 19 February.
Some of them did not know rugby at all. Others, very few. But they still attended this half-day of discovery of the club's infrastructure.
Two days after attending the match in front of the Stade Rochelais, these youngsters were eager to share a moment of conviviality with the players and staff. Most of them were a great first at the Stade des Alpes, and despite the defeat of the "Rouge & Bleu", they will all have a wonderful memory of it.
After exchanging with the players, they then went through the doors that only the club's players and staff can pass through. Our guests of the day did not fail to capture this moment and to be very curious about the history of the club and rugby in general.
All of them have guaranteed us that they will follow with great interest this end of season and two young ladies have even told us that they want to get into the oval ball very soon...
* Created in 2005 in partnership with the Ministry of National Education, the Institut Télémaque aims to support motivated secondary school students, high school students and apprentices from modest backgrounds to promote equal opportunities and contribute to the revival of the social lift.
