The former Aurillac and Clermont player signed a 2 seasons contract
Scrum half Theo Nanette has extended his contract with the club for the next two seasons.
Coming from Aurillac, he played 12 Top14 matches and 6 European Challenge matches with the Club. He wished to join in the long term with a Club that meets his expectations.
After signing his contract, he said: "I am really very happy and especially very proud. It is a real honour and a great trust that the FCG has in me. When I look back and see how far I've come since I started in Aurillac, I'm really proud to be able to play at the Stade des Alpes today in the colours of the FCG. Today we are in a sporting situation that is not necessarily obvious, but we knew from the beginning of the season that we would play maintenance. I really have confidence in our ability to achieve this goal, and I didn't ask myself any questions to extend the adventure with the Club. The FCG gave me my chance and an opportunity when I signed last year I have to give it back that trust. The FCG project is ambitious, but realistic. I want to be part of the long-term, even in ProD2. But I am convinced of one thing this season will not be the last time I will play in the Top 14 with the FCG. »
