The BP JEPS: apprenticeship training in the sports trades sector
The FCG and Contact D Pro, a company of the Mare Nostrum group, have joined forces to contribute to the development of clubs in the area by training educators!
True to its identity (creating a sports/corporate link), Contact D Pro offers apprenticeship training in the sports trades sector: a CSA professional certificate (Collective Sports activity) for young people aged 18 to 29. This project contributes to the development of sports clubs and connects the apprentice to the business world in parallel.
Participate in the development of sport in the territory
Contact D Pro brings together around this project the actors of the world of team sports in the departments of Isère and Savoie and relies on its historical partner, the F.C. Grenoble rugby, which provides the training organisation with all its material and human resources (trainers).
The objectives of this training are:
- contribute to the development of clubs in the territory,
- train development workers to become future leaders in the sport movement
- offer the apprentice prospects for development in other sectors of activity, in addition to sports activities.
The BP JEPS ASC, a diploma course (Level IV)
This training is carried out over one year under an apprenticeship contract and offers 3 areas of skills to be developed within the club:

In addition:
