This weekend, 14 Amazons went to Biarritz to participate in the Elite Sevens Women's 2019 Circuit, the French Rugby Sevens Cup, organised in parallel with the crazy seven (last stage of world rugby 7's), or a few hours after obtaining the Brennus title, the Stade Toulousain was crowned French champion in women's rugby 7.
After a bad start in the first day with three defeats against Rennes, Montpellier and Toulouse, the Amazons rallied and won all the matches of the second day against Caen, Lons & Bayonne. The Isère women finished the tournament in 9th place and won the Trophy (ranking from 9th to 16th place).
