A warm welcome for our players
On Tuesday, September 3, FC Grenoble Rugby held its traditional presentation of its workforce to Club members and partners at a ceremony hosted by Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes in its new headquarters on the Grenoble peninsula.
Nearly 500 people, including Eric Piolle, Mayor of Grenoble, were able to discover all the players who will defend the "Red & Blue" jersey this season, and in particular all the recruits of summer 2019 (with the exception of Andreï Ostrikov, who is preparing the World Cup with Russia), presented by Stéphane Glas and Franck Corrihons.
Before that, Michel Martinez, President of the FCG, and Christian Rouchon, General Manager of Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes, opened the evening, which took place on the terrace of the bank's new headquarters, a major partner of the Club.
Daniel Jennepin, President of the FCG Association, and David Dussert, Director of Training, also highlighted the Club's work with the youngest, from 3 years old, girls (with the Amazons), people with disabilities (with the FCG Quad Rugby), thanking the 110 volunteers, who give their time throughout the season.
The evening ended with a buffet, watered by drinks served by the Club's players!
