1st Edition of Supersevens
Saturday February 1st will be held the inaugural stage of the In Extenso Supersevens in Paris the defense Arena!
First pro championship for 7-a-side rugby clubs, this tournament is made up of the 14 TOP 14 teams and 2 invited teams: Monaco Rugby Seven and the French Barbarians.
These clubs have to build up a team of 20 players by presenting fifteen players from their ranks, including a minimum of three professionals. They also have the opportunity to recruit 4 jokers from France 7, the Pro D2 and the Fédérale 1 from the same regional league.
It is with great pleasure that we announce that two youngsters from Grenoble have been selected for this first edition: Thibaut Trotta (FCG Espoir team back, 21 years old, 1.96m/86kg) will be part of the Lou Rugby Sevens team and Victor Guillaumond (FCG Espoir team third row, 19 years old, 1.92m/88kg) will be part of the Barbarians Rugby Club team.
The competition is to be followed on Saturday on Canal + Décalé from 10am to 8pm and on Canal + Sport from 8.30pm.
