Snowy return at 1860 meters

"Rouge & Bleu" returned to train in l'Alpe d'Huez, before going down to Grenoble

No, the snow has not appeared in the streets of Grenoble. But, after a few days of recovery, the players found themselves on Thursday on the snowy slopes of Alpe d'Huez. In the Isère resort, they worked hard in the morning, with weight training, speed, land work, etc. The "Rouge & Bleu" then took one of the cable cars to have lunch at altitude, before descending, in a slightly more playful and fast way, with their sledge.

This day, half working, half relaxing, allowed the players (and the staff), to resume smoothly, before a boulder that promises to be Dantesque: reception in Perpignan and Biarritz, trips to Montauban and Oyonnax.

In other words, the relaxation aspect was quickly put aside. From Friday, the players found themselves on dry land at the Stade Lesdiguières, for a long day of work, much more classic: weight training, shift work, collective rugby. They will follow that up with another day of training on Sunday. Don't hesitate to come and cheer them on, at 11 am!
