Discovery day for schools

Since the resumption of rugby in schools (at the beginning of May), the FCG's qualified educators have been involved in 11 classes with the "Rugby and Fair Play" sessions. This was an opportunity to introduce rugby to a public "far from the practice", but also to discuss and exchange on the beautiful values of this sport.

A month ago, the club offered all these children the chance to try out a free training session at the Rugby School. The aim was to introduce them to rugby during a "real" training session with FCG members and to offer a friendly day of fun.

The success of the day largely exceeded the expectations of the EDR managers!
More than 130 children signed up and took part in this discovery training session! The Stade Lesdiguières was filled with future rugbymen and rugbywomen for one afternoon.

For the future, the club has proposed to the children who wish to do so, to take out a free licence and to come back every Wednesday in June to finish the season at the FCG.
