Several "Red & Blue" teams took to the field this weekend. More friendly matches for some, 1st day of championship for others, discover all the results.
Alamercery : after a qualification for the finals of the Seven last week, the U16s were back in the XV game in Chalon sur Saône in a preparation match against ABCD XV. After a tough first half, the young Grenoble players took the lead thanks to a good defence to win the match 33-0. Encouraging for the future.
Crabos : just like their cadets, the U18s also won a good preparation match against ABCD XV 45 to 18.
Espoirs : the youngsters from Grenoble travelled to Castres for the first day of the championship. Grenoble were unable to score in the first half 13-00 in favour of the home side. Unfortunately, they did not manage to do better in the second half, only 2 penalties converted while Castres scored a second try. Final score 23-6

Amazons Fédérale 1 : the Fédérale 1 team's championship will start on 3.10 with a derby against the GUC. While waiting (impatiently) for this first day, the Iséroises travelled to St Apollinaire to face the Dijon team in a preparation match. The Gazelles of Dijon play in Elite2, one division above our Federal 1 team. Grenoble lost 5-10.
Amazons Elite 1 : For the first day of the championship, the Amazons Elite 1 played on the Jean Bouin pitch, against the Pink Rockets (Stade Français). FCG opened the score in the first minutes with a penalty! Unfortunately our "Red & Blue" made a series of fouls near the goal and were awarded a penalty try (score at half time: 3-7). Despite a good defence by the Amazons, the Franciliennes crossed the line twice for a final score of 17-3.
