For the 2nd day of the championship, the Amazons were playing against Stade Toulousain.
A big team against which the Amazons did not lose. It is with a steel will that the "Red & Blue" faced the Garonnaises. Unfortunately, the speed and precision of the Toulousan game got the better of our Amazons (final score: 10-27)
ESPOIRS
Grenoble started the game well, putting pressure on Aurillac and scoring the first points of the match. The Cantaliens were able to recover quickly and crossed the line three times in the first half, but the two penalties and a converted try for the "Rouge & Bleu" were not enough (score 19-13 at half-time). The Aurillacois came back from the break even more determined and imposed their rhythm. Grenoble's mistakes allowed the home side to score 6 points at the foot of the field and then conclude with a converted try. The Isérois only put in 3 points during this second half, which widened the gap, for a final score of 32-16.
