THE FCG IS COMMITTED TO ITS TERRITORY

For several seasons now, the FCG has established itself as a social and societal player in the region. Indeed, as a local institution, it is natural to give back to the Grenoble area what it gives to the Club, by supporting local projects, by conveying the values that are dear to rugby and by promoting access to sport for people who are far from practising it.
With the setting up of a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) committee more than a year ago, made up of all the entities (association, player, SASP, Endowment Fund, partner, parent of a member, etc.), the club is consolidating its commitment and integrating social, environmental and economic concerns into its activities.
In order to make its approach intelligible, the FCG has decided to highlight three themes: health, education/insertion/employment, and the environment.

For each theme (1 per quarter), the FCG will :
- Support 3 associations (one per month) with which we will propose different solidarity projects/volunteerships
- Put forward a solidarity product in the shop and donate 10% of its purchase price to the supported associations;
- Organise a special event to bring together FCG members;
- Choose 3 ambassadors (1 professional player, 1 training player, 1 Amazon) to carry the theme

EDUCATION / EMPLOYMENT / INSERTION theme (January, February & March)

The launch of the 2nd theme took place on Friday 28 January with the fictitious kick-off given by Fabien Guitton, player of the RC Seyssins adapted rugby team (winner of the call for projects of the Endowment Fund).

January: focus on the Fabulou's & adapted sport with the highlighting of the RC Seyssins Fabulou's team. The FCG (A) Live was held for the 2nd consecutive year on 29/30.01: a 100% digital charity event for the solidarity actions carried out by the Club's Endowment Fund.

February: US Jarrie Champ and the "Rugby Citoyen" actions led by the club in the south of Grenoble will be in the spotlight: school rugby, session with the PJJ, health sport with the beneficiaries of the local solidarity service of Vizille, training course with the Isère Adapted Sport Committee.

March: The organisation highlighted in the last month of this theme will be the Grenoble Local Mission, which will take part in the closing event: the Club is organising a new event! Horizon 9, THE festival for employment and skills of FC Grenoble Rugby. 13, 14 & 15 April 2022 at the Stade des Alpes.
By creating Horizon 9, the FCG aims to offer unique meetings. More than just a place to reflect on the world of employment and skills, the event defies the laws of tradition and offers convivial networking moments but also original performances by local artists.

Throughout the quarter, take part in this great adventure through the solidarity product of the month: the chèche! 10% of the proceeds will be donated to associations supported by the Club.
