The "Élite Jeunes" project is an important moment in the training of players. This event brings together the top 100 players from three age categories (Under 16, Under 17 and Under 18) listed in our Pôle Espoirs academies as well as some club players identified outside the structure to compete against each other for 12 days.
During this period, the players gathered by the FFR technical teams will be evaluated with training sessions and series of oppositions between teams of the same category. Each category will be made up of four teams which, under the watchful eye of the federal, academy and club staff, will compete three times in real conditions during the course.
At the end of the camp, a selection will be made from the best U18 players who will make up the French team. A match will be organised at the Stade Rossi on Saturday 5 March between the French U18 men's team and its English counterpart.
