Minimes
Super Challenge de France over 2 days for the young people of Grenoble.
Here is the feedback from the educators:
"Saturday:
MATCH 1 : Villefranche 00 - 03 FCG
First match of the tournament with a lot of commitment from both sides. We had very few opportunities to score tries. The score shows a difficult match.
MATCH 2 : Nîmes 05 - 21 FCG
Second match of the day. Another match with a lot of commitment. As soon as we managed to hold the ball we put the opposition in trouble and managed to score.
Sunday :
MATCH 1: Racing 17 - 03 FCG
We dominated the whole first half by holding the ball (5-3 at half-time). We got 2 tries on the counter on mistakes from our side (1 forward and 1 lost ball).
MATCH 2 : Aix en Provence 15 - 05 FCG
10-5 at half-time. We dominate the match but we miss the last move on 2-3 clear chances. The first try is on a counter attack from our side. We take a last try at the end of the game on a classic throw in.
MATCH 3 : Lou 10 - 07 FCG
10-07 at half time. We take a try from 100m after a penalty that doesn't go in. At the end of the game we kick from our 22m, go up 60m and go forward on a pass after a crossing.
We are generally happy with this fourth place, however, we are not able to turn the game in our favour, despite some good actions and a collective effort and it is frustrating. It was the first tournament over two days, very committed with a lot of intensity."
Gaudermen
"The Cadet Gaudermen lost to Rassemblement Grand Montpellier, an unbeaten team, 30-21 (MT 27 - 00 ).
The players of the CD 38 found the resource to come back in the match in the second half after having passed completely through the first with 4 tries conceded, including one from the start.
For CD 38:
Tries: Drogo, Gaget, Blanc
Tackles: Morales "

Espoirs
It is under the sun and the wind of the Garonne that the young Grenoble team lost to their Toulouse counterparts. They conceded 4 tries in the 1st half against 1 scored and 3 tries in the 2nd half against 1 for the " Red & Blue ", final score 43 to 15.
Tries : Massa, Giroud
Tries : Trouilloud, Clément
Elite 1
Léo Brissaud, head coach of the Elite 1 team, tells us about the French Cup match against the LOU:
"A 23-17 defeat but a pleasant match. There was good play from both sides. I am happy with the girls' performance, they showed great things collectively and individually in a particular context (22 players and only 3 substitutes up front).
I am very satisfied with the performance of the players that we had not had the opportunity to see play in Elite or players who had not played for a long time at this level like Aude Constans, Iliana Acolatse (1st game in Elite this season), Romane Pellegrini and Marion Novello who were playing their 2nd game with us too.
