Three Grenoble students, Victor Guillaumond in Tech de Co and Arthur Christienne & Pierre Strippoli, both in GEM, are part of this great adventure.
The young Tricolores will face England in Newcastle on 22 April 2022 before hosting Ireland in Barbezieux on 25 May.
"The French university team will have the honour and privilege of playing at Kingston Park, home of the Newcastle Falcons, as a curtain raiser to the Premiership match between the local team and London Irish. In total, 17 higher education institutions and 12 federal clubs will be represented in the France Universitaire group.
Following the Covid 19 crisis, there has been no international match for the last three years. The last Crunch, played on 19 April 2019 in Barbezieux, saw a French victory (39-22). Des Tricolores remain on an impressive 11-game winning streak.
