Gaudermen
"It is a real feat that the players from Isère have achieved against a very physical and organised team from Paris.
From the beginning of the match, the little yellow ones suffered the devastating impacts of the Ciels et Blancs and conceded a try in the 4th minute. The Alpins reacted to score in turn and equalise at the 12th minute.
The Parisians put the pressure back on and took advantage of our mistakes to score 3 more tries to reach the break with a 15 point lead.
During the break, coaches Yohan, Timmy and Antonin found the right words to remobilize their troops. As soon as the game resumed, the Isérois were aggressive and imposed themselves on all phases of the game. Little by little their territorial domination bore fruit and allowed them to reduce the score with a penalty. During the last 10 minutes, the Parisian defence cracked before the Isérois attacks, notably with the centre Gaget who crossed the line twice after two magnificent actions. They took the lead by 2 points. The Isérois thought they would manage their meagre advantage quietly before a final foul gave them cold sweats, the referee awarding a penalty to Racing 45 metres to the left of the posts. The Parisian striker, who had the win at his fingertips, sent the ball slightly to the right of the posts, leaving the CD 38 players exulting.
Congratulations to the whole group, the players who were eager to win, the coaches, the physiotherapists Claire and Antonin, the managers Adam and François and also to the faithful parents who chartered a bus to travel to Burgundy.
See you next Sunday to face the Agenais in the semi-final.

Crabos
Jo Drogo, head of the Crabos team, tells us about this weekend's match.
"The Red & Blue got off to an excellent start with a try from Massa in the 8th minute (not converted). Unfortunately, the lack of realism of the young Grenoble players was costly. It's an intense half-time, in the game, the commitment and the duels. Half-time score: 5-0.
During the 2nd half, Grenoble were punished (harshly) on several occasions, we received 3 cards ! The Toulouse team took advantage of this and scored a penalty and then a try with 10 minutes to go. Grenoble were unable to score despite a last attempt, but a forward sealed the deal.
The boys can be proud of their fight and of the season that has just ended. Strength we have and pride is in our DNA!
I would like to thank all the supporters who were present throughout the season."
