Yesterday was held the General Assembly 21/22

On Tuesday evening, the general assembly of the FCG Amazones took place at the Bodega of the Stade Lesdiguières. More than 80 people attended this review of the 21/22 season: players, volunteers, employees, partners, staff, families of players ...

The president of the FCG Amazones, Christian Brottier, praised the support of the CLUB in the development of the women's project:
- the SASP (professional structure of the FCG) with the provision of the "Centre de Performance Sportive" and the sharing of administrative services
- as well as the association and the endowment fund of the Club for their financial support.

He warmly congratulated the players and staff of the 3 teams for their excellent results, which have made the FCG Amazones the 2nd largest women's rugby club in France behind Toulouse.

Manu Pellorce, the Sports Manager, reminded us of the importance of the Club's DAIFI project (Detection-Attractiveness-Integration-Formation-Innovation).

We then attended the sports assessment of the 3 teams presented by Lou Agriodos for the U18, Nathan Arnaud for the Fédérale 1 and Léo Brissaud for the Elite 1.

Nathan, as physical trainer, explained the importance of the physical follow-up of the player.

The President came back on the FCG Amazons 2022/2025 Sports Development Project which should allow the women's section to join the 4 best French Elite 1 teams.

Patrick Mordenti, President of the Commission d'Insertion Scolaire Professionnelle (CISP), explained that out of the 37 requests (employment, work experience, internship) 31 have been settled and 6 are in progress and 90% are linked to job searches, 5% to internships and 5% to school.

During the statutory part of the meeting, it was approved to add 8 new members to the Board of Directors, 5 of whom are women.

The GA ended with a convivial moment and a BBQ prepared with care by Grégory Perli and Alain Garnier.
