The FCG players took part in the summer mini-internships organised in collaboration with the Mare Nostrum endowment fund.
The aim of these mini-internships is to welcome people who are far from employment (La Métro, Mission locale, GEI, E2C) in order to offer them weeks of job discovery and preparation for employment. The players were able to discuss the values of sport such as team spirit, surpassing oneself and discipline, which are values that can be transposed to companies. They also provided some information on their preparation for a major event such as a rugby match, which can be similar to preparation for a job interview.
