This season, the FFR launched its Club Engagé label in order to promote the societal actions of clubs. The FCG is honoured to be one of the first clubs to receive this label!
To obtain the label, clubs must :
- Develop the practice for seniors, teenagers or children
- Have a written club project
- Value their volunteers
- Develop for at least 2 years an action/project in the 5 pillars proposed
We present to you today the 4th pillar of the label and the associated FCG project:
EDUCATION / INTEGRATION - VISIT & DISCOVERY OF PROFESSIONS
With the support of the Departmental Council, the club welcomes social structures (children's homes, local mission, associations helping disabled people, integration work site, etc.) and secondary school classes to visit the club's facilities, attend a training session of the professional team and of course meet its players (photos, handing out of goodies, invitations to matches, etc.). This important time of exchange goes beyond the framework of sport and allows the people of Isère, young and old, to discover the training centre and head office that is the Stade Lesdiguières, as well as the jobs carried out within it during the intervention of employees. The FCG also regularly welcomes students from the 3rd grade for their internship to discover the company (20 to 30 per year) by observing all the services (administrative, sports, professional and training).
Within our club, we have a commission that supports the school and professional projects of our members: the CISP "Commission Insertion et suivi Scolaire et Professionnelle" which is composed of 12 volunteers from secondary, higher and university education, and the business world in connection with the club's partners.
The CISP commission is at the service of all club members (or those close to the club), to help them with their dual project (studies and sport) by providing assistance, in particular, in their search for training, internships, work experience or employment.
Visits to partner companies are organised throughout the season for our members. This is an opportunity to discover the different professions in the region and to discover new vocations!
In 2022, the FCG will organise the first festival of employment and skills: Horizon 9. The FCG's ambition is to offer unique meetings. More than just a place to reflect on the world of employment and skills, the event defies the laws of tradition and offers convivial networking moments as well as original performances by local artists.
Stay tuned to discover the other pillars!
