Tomorrow evening, we welcome to the Stade des Alpes the ALYL association, represented by James Faricelli, President and Co-founder of the association - Social Entrepreneur and Fabien Maroni, Manager of the association. This association is the winner of the Education/Insertion/Employment theme of the call for projects 2022 of the club's Endowment Fund and will give the fictitious kick-off of the FCG-Carcassonne match.
Created in 2019 and located in the heart of Grenoble's Villeneuve (a priority district of the city), the Alyl association helps people return to work through a socially innovative system that includes group workshops and professional immersion.
The aim? To validate the skills of candidates before putting them in touch with companies that are recruiting locally but often have difficulty finding the right candidate
Why does it work? Personalised support to identify and remove obstacles for candidates, which helps them to return to work + Knowledge of recruitment needs and processes to offer companies the "ideal" candidate
Many members of the association, invited by the FCG, are present this evening and are at your disposal to discuss ALYL.
