Linked to the FCG for more than 10 years, the Campenon Bernard company has been the "official supporter" of the FC Grenoble Rugby Training Centre for the last 5 seasons.
It is in this capacity that the trainees of the Training Centre went on Tuesday 10.01 to the Rondeau construction site within the Campenon Bernard Centre Est workers' base.
A morning of immersion which started at 7.00 am with the bi-weekly environmental safety meeting, followed by a muscular awakening with all the teams, this daily exercise was initiated several years ago during a company team building within the FCG!
After this sports time, the teams went to the building site, while the young rugby players discovered the backstage of the huge RONDEAU building site, thanks to a detailed presentation of the project and a guided tour.
During this visit, enriching exchanges took place around different subjects, as much on the technical level of the discovered trades as on the human level with the management of the men and women on a daily basis.
Thanks to the entire company, companions and supervisors for their welcome and thanks to Vincent Dupuis, director of the Grenoble Campenon Bernard Centre Est branch, for allowing the trainees to discover the world of building and civil engineering and to understand the similarities between the world of work and team sports! A great life lesson for our young athletes.
