The 2017-2018 season has started for the FCG
Lesdiguières field is still unoccupied, but the recovery is there for the "Rouge & Bleu": the staff has taken its quarters in its offices of the Tribune Liénard since Monday morning. The players are expected in several times, between June 19 and July 3, for most recruits.
The dates to remember until the beginning of the championship:
- June 12th: arrival of the technical staff
- June 19th : first wave of players, mainly the old ones
- June 26th: second wave of players, mainly the players of the Espoirs
- July 3rd: third wave of players, mainly the new recruits
- July 4th: evening presentation of players and staff to subscribers and partners at the Stade des Alpes in Grenoble
- from 9 to 14 July: training camp in Tignes
- July 28th at 6:30 pm: friendly match FCG - Lyon at the Jean Etcheberry Stadium in Vienna
- August 3rd: friendly match Oyonnax - FCG at Stade Mathon in Oyonnax
- August 10th: friendly match FCG - Provence Rugby at the Stade Lesdiguières in Grenoble
- Weekend of 18 August: start of the Pro D2 championship
