In a particularly crushing heat, the group of "Rouge & Bleu" present at Lesdiguières continues its preparation for the 2017-2018 season
Separated all day, the forwards and backs worked each on their own. The two groups followed each other in the weight room and each one had a session of speed with the conditioning coaches.
In the middle of the day, while some were performing power tests on the watt-bikes, the others were compelled to a "skills" session. The group of 5 backs was able to work on the passes and the handling of the ball. Conversely, the fronts needed to stretch their legs and worked the ground fight, the rucks, the clearing.
Last day of the week Friday, with a morning devoted to indoor work and two sessions of testing and conditioning between 12h and 13h on the ground of Lesdiguières. On Monday, the rest of the Espoirs will complement the group.
