Clément Gelin signed his new contract with the FCG for two more seasons
FC Grenoble Rugby is pleased to announce the extension of the contract of one of its players who went through the Academy of the Club. Clément Gelin (24 years old in a few days) arrived in Grenoble, from Villefranche-sur-Saône 8 years ago, will wear the "Rouge & Bleu" jersey for at least two more seasons.
Champion of France Reichel with the FCG, he made his first matches in pro in 2014, with some appearances in Challenge Cup and in the Top 14. His playing time increases again during the 2015-2016 season, where he scored a decisive try in Challenge Cup against London Irish.
Almost exclusively used in the center and back until 2017, Clément Gelin speaks his versatility at the beginning of the season of Pro D2, since he has essentially evolved to the position of half-open and even a kicker, many times.
