Loïc Baradel has extended his contract with the FCG until 2020

Loïc Baradel signed this week an extension of contract with FC Grenoble Rugby. He will wear the "Rouge & Bleu" jersey until 2020.

The young third row, who turned 21 a few days ago, played his first professional games with the FCG last season, with several appearances in the Top 14 and Challenge Cup. He was the starter at the last meeting of the season, won by the "Rouge & Bleu" against the LOU. His start of the 2017-2018 season was unfortunately disrupted by a shoulder injury.

The former SO Chambery player is very happy with this extension. "It's even more fun to go to a club that we know has confidence in young people and is not afraid to throw them into the big bath," he said.

Andrew Farley, the club's rugby operations manager, says: "He's a very square player, with a lot of potential and a very good frame of mind. I think he has a great future to write here at the FCG. "
