End of the physical preparation for the Espoirs

The Espoirs group completed their physical preparation on Friday.

This week ended with a "Crossfit Games" morning, with 3 teams on 3 different events earning points (touch tournament, a race and crossfit games). The yellow team composed of Fabien Guillemin, Hugo Aurrand-Lions, Vincent Alessi, Hugo Bellon and Zack Gauthier.

In the afternoon, the Espoirs group went to Laffrey Lake for an afternoon swim for the less chilly.

Now it's a vacation week, with a resumption scheduled for Friday for the players who will participate in the Espoirs-Pro Seven qualifying tournament in Marcoussis.
