The "Rouge & Bleu" prepare the game in Clermont
After being back from Bordeaux Sunday afternoon, the Grenoblois were already back at Lesdiguières on Monday, for a day of care, recovery and video.
On Tuesday, a long day was awaiting the FCG players, with a long collective session in the morning and separate one (backs, forwards) in the afternoon, in the gym and on the field. A couple of Sungoliath coaches are in Grenoble this week to watch the training sessions and do some exchanges with the FCG coaching staff.
The "Rouge & Bleu" will be back on the field on Thursday, for a shorter day, and on Friday, for the team's run. They will travel to Clermont after the team's run.
