Arbitration is at the heart of the FCG's sports project and is part of each player's training. It is in this sense that the club is looking for referees (from trainee to federal) wishing to join the ranks of the "Red & Blue".
Aware that mastering the rules is a skill, the FCG integrates the referees into technical meetings, at times of exchange with the staffs of the different groups... To the life of the club!
