Always concerned with cultivating the identity of the game and the player "Made in FCG", the club's training educators and professional staff have come together to cooperate on technical issues.
They will meet once a month throughout the season.
The technical summaries of the exchanges will be made available to "friendly clubs" on request from the training sector.
A small stat, from the pro staff to the M14 years old:
- 80% of the club's managers have been FCG players until at least junior level.
- 30% played in the first team.
- The other educators come from the clubs in the area.
