Immersion day for JEPS training trainees

The trainees of the JEPS Rugby training course managed by the CREPS of Voiron in association with the Ligue Auvergne Rhone Alpes were in one day of immersion at the FCG.

On the agenda: presentation of the club and training project by David Dussert, presentation by Gaetan Champon on the organisation of the Rugby School for which he is responsible, then by Franck Corrihons, director of rugby on the joint work on the technical project and finally by Jérome Vernay coach and director of the Academy.

Among these passionate trainees, a former member of the Club, Cedric Beal, now an educator at Lou Rugby. It should also be noted that Jéremy Ravanat and Gaetan Bouzac, educators at the FCG, are also part of the promotion.

Training design, recruitment, game project, new rugby issues... all subjects were the subject of fascinating exchanges between all these local educators.

These future JEPS graduates also met the BP JEPS which are trained on a daily basis within the FCG
