"Rouge & Bleu" players returned to training this Friday to prepare the second half of the season
Smiles were on the faces of the Grenoble players and staff as they returned to the Stade Lesdiguières on Friday morning to resume training. However, for some, the smiles were a little tighter because of the winter temperatures that have been hitting Grenoble for the past few days.
To compensate for this and to make a smooth return, today's training session took place under the cover and heat of the sports performance centre. The Grenoble players, divided into 4 groups, alternated speed work, bodybuilding, skills and rugby.
With a week to go before they return to the competition and a still difficult trip to Aurillac, the FCG players will be back in training on Saturday for a morning of physical tests. From Monday, they will return to their usual match preparation programme.
