Challenge FCG Confinement

The U15, U16, U18 men, U18 women & referees (Academy & Sports Section) as well as the staff of these categories remain mobilized and fit during this confinement.

Each week, the physical trainers of the training (Alexandre Correard, Lucas Grangeat & Samuel Gros), propose a challenge. An exercise is sent to each participant on Sunday evening, the challenge is to achieve the maximum number of repetitions of this movement in 15min over the following week.

Every morning (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday), each category, supervised by the physical trainer of reference, will meet on Zoom to carry out the challenge and then count the results.

From these performances, 3 rankings (valid during the week of the challenge) are established: individual, per position & per category. A bonus system (supporting evidence) is set up, e.g. a coach or family member who takes part in the challenge allows the individual or team concerned to accumulate additional points!

A theme is set up for the Saturday session (masked ball, year 80...), to mark the beginning of the weekend and bring a bit of fun during this complicated period.

Thanks to this "FCG Confinement Challenge" the players, referees, staff & families stay in shape, keep a daily link, continue to work hard to be at the top when they return to the fields!
