After a nice victory against Béziers last week, FCG 9th receives Provence Rugby, currently 7th in the rankings, only 2 pts behind the Grenoble native. This match had been postponed to last December because of too much snow.
The Red & Blue have not given up the ambition to go and titillate the first 6 but for that they have no more room for manoeuvre especially at home. Aix, who after a start with a cannonball at the beginning of the season experienced a more difficult end of the year, must also make a result to aim at the same objective as the Grenoble-based team... Qualification. It is thus a decisive match which will be held this Saturday at the Stade des Alpes!

Provence Rugby lost twice in its last two trips to Vannes (30 - 7) and Nevers (23 - 19) and won its last home match against Valence Romans (28-13).

The last FCG - Provence Rugby
The FCG had been unable to host Aix en Provence last year due to the championship being halted. In the first leg, on the 3rd day, the Red & Blue had won 26-17 on the Aix field with two tries from Alaska Taufa and Clément Ancely, which completely relaunched their season.
