Fabien Alexandre, born on 15 May 1985 in Échirolles, is a French rugby player who plays in the third row wing or third row centre.

Trained at the Grésivaudan-Belledonne club, he joined the FCG in 2000. He then wore the jerseys of Dax, Clermont and Biarritz, before returning to Grenoble in 2011. He won the French ProD2 champion title in 2012 and allowed the club to climb into the Top 14.

Fabien Alexandre is also World Champion under 21 years old with the French team (2006).
