Biography

Francois Uys is a South African rugby union footballer who normally plays as a lock or flanker. He played in the Super Rugby competition with the Cheetahs and in the Japanese Top League (East) side Yokogawa Musashino Atlastars.

Uys was a member of the South Africa Under 19 side that competed in the 2005 IRB Under 19 World Championship.

He signed for Grenoble in 2017.
