FCG's players had their last big day of work before receiving la Rochelle.
Appointment was given at 8am to the players of the front for a first strategic work on line-out. At 9am, the entire group gathered for the traditional early briefing, where were discussed the day's program, some practical aspects about the game of the weekend or the training in Voiron.
After a video session, the players went on the pitch of Stade Lesdiguières. The forwards worked the line-outs, while the backrows has worked the offensive game. After 30 minutes and an exercise of defense and tackles, the group of 30 players met for an opposition 15 to 15.
Players ended their morning by the kicking game or a fitness session, while some others conducted a skills session with Philippe Doussy.
