The Tongan player has extended his contract with FCG for another season
Alaska Taufa has extended its contract with the FCG for an additional season. He will wear the "Rouge & Bleu" jersey until June 2021.
At 36, Alaska still seems to have his junior legs. Arrived in 2017 in Grenoble, he played 26 Pro D2 matches during his first year in Isère (2 tries). Last year in the Top 14, he played 22 games for nearly 1700 minutes of playing time (2 tries) and this year he has already played 11 games, more than 600 minutes and 4 tries. With such statistics, this extra season is a fair reward for this exemplary player on and off the pitch.
